CityScape Engineering is a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) located in Baltimore, MD. We specialize in the design of urban stormwater best management practices (BMPs), low-impact development (LID) practices, environmental site design (ESD) techniques, and green infrastructure techniques aimed at creating healthier and greener urban landscapes, cleaning local waterways, and improving the health of the Chesapeake Bay.  We provide design and permitting assistance to non-profits, community groups and local municipalities in and around Baltimore City.  We love our City and are fully vested in creating a better Baltimore and a healthier Chesapeake Bay.

WHO WE ARE

KELLY LINDOW, PE
Founding Principal
Kelly is a Professional Civil Engineer with 16 years of experience in both the private and non-profit sectors working on stormwater practice design, green infrastructure, watershed planning, local NPDES program development and implementation & community engagement.  She has designed and managed stormwater, watershed, and site renovation projects nationally and is well versed in local environmental permit requirements and procedures.  Kelly has conducted workshops, webinars, and trainings on a wide range of stormwater topics.  She has successfully supported and secured numerous grants for restoration projects in Baltimore City.  Kelly serves on the ASCE-EWRI Urban Water Resources Research Council and is editor of the ASCE Publication Permeable Pavements. Kelly founded CityScape in January 2014.

NICK LINDOW, PhD, PE
Senior Project Manager, Water Resources
Nick has 19 years of experience in ecological engineering for both private consulting and academia.  Nick has been a project manager with CityScape Engineering, LLC since April 2015 and has managed the design of many urban green infrastructure and innovative green street projects in and around Baltimore City, MD.  He has also assisted other major municipalities, such as Montgomery County, MD, Chapel Hill, NC, and New York City, NY, with development of long-term stormwater control plans and watershed implementation plans.  His project experience includes geomorphic stream assessment and monitoring; construction oversight of stream, wetland, and urban stormwater projects; and hydrologic and hydraulic design for watershed restoration. Nick currently serves as the Greening Coordinator for the Druid Heights Community Development Corporation and on the board of the Friends of the Jones Falls.

BOBBY HAASE, PE
Project Manager, Site Design
Bobby Haase is a Professional Civil Engineer with 8 years of consulting experience supporting and managing land development projects and programs. His experience covers site design, entitlements, grading, stormwater management design, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, city/county/SHA road improvements, utilities, working near environmentally sensitive areas. He has experience permitting projects in many Maryland jurisdictions, with a focus on Baltimore City and County. He joined the Cityscape team in August of 2021 and works on projects focused on creating a more equitable Baltimore and a healthier Chesapeake Bay. Bobby is a graduate of Virginia Tech and City resident who enjoys, drumming, reading, spending time with his dog Lewis and his wife. Bobby and Lewis can often be found on runs in Patterson Park or wrestling on the floor.

CAROLINE BIBB, PE
Senior Project Engineer, Water Resources
Caroline is a Professional Civil Engineer with over 7 years of consulting experience supporting water resources needs on projects throughout Maryland and Virginia. Her experience includes stormwater practice design, storm drain design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, channel restoration design, and working near environmentally sensitive areas. Caroline joined the CityScape team in December 2021 and is excited to support environmental stewardship within our community in Baltimore. She serves on the board of the Mid-Maryland Professional Chapter of Engineers Without Borders, assisting with volunteer-based engineering projects for under-resourced communities. Caroline is a graduate of University of Delaware and Baltimore City resident who loves exploring the many unique activities and events around the City.

 BRIANNA MUNOZ
Office Manager
Brianna, a Baltimore local, has been in the Administrative and Management field for 7 years. She wears multiple hats managing the office's Accounting, Human Resources, and overall Office Management needs.  Brianna is incredibly organized and attentive in her work; she tries her best to never miss a beat and get prioritized tasks done as soon as possible. In her previous position, Brianna successfully maintained a $2.5 million organizational budget while simultaneously creating an office space where all staff felt appreciated and recognized.  In her free time, Brianna can be found baking sweet treats and spending quality time with her family.   Her additional passion for skincare has led her to create her own small business making all natural handmade sugar scrubs.

Official Office Greeter, Security Guard
If you stop by our office you'll likely be welcomed by Cosmo!  In addition to serving as the official office greeter, Cosmo promotes staff wellness by encouraging occasional walk breaks and outdoor play time.  
LEWIS
Junior Office Greeter, Master of Disguise
Similar to his namesake, Formula 1 driver Lewis Hamilton, Lewis enjoys spending his life at high speed. He has a tenuous grasp on the time most humans need to wake up in the morning and his race car costume was runner up in the 2019 Amber Café  dog costume contest.
